Booking Procedure


1. Provisional bookings may be made by email, telephone or by submitting a booking enquiry using the

    form above.


2. Reservations will be held for 2 weeks.  Please return your completed booking form along with the required

    non-refundable deposit.


3. Confirmation - on receipt of your completed booking form, we will confirm your booking and receipt

    of your deposit in writing.


4. Room Allocation - to help us best accommodate your group, we will forward you a room allocation form to

    be returned no later than 10 days prior to arrival.


5. Payments - final payments are to be made on or before arrival.



Cancellation Policy

If we receive 8 weeks notice, an alternative date for your stay may be arranged.  Your deposit will be moved to the new date arranged.


For cancellation of bookings within 8 weeks prior to arrival, 60% of total costs will be charged.


If for any reason Gosford Centre cancels, you will receive a full refund or alternative dates will be offered.




Whilst using Gosford Centre the group leader accepts full responsibility for members of their group.  Groups are advised that they are covered by insurance for personal accident, public liability, and loss or damage to personal property.  Group leaders should ensure that numbers attending do not exceed those listed on the room allocation form.



Child Protection

It is a requirement that groups have their own Child Protection Policy in place.  Please send us proof of your policy when returning your booking form and deposit.



Arrival / Departure

Weekend bookings are from 6:00pm on Friday until 3:30pm on Sunday.

Week long bookings are from 6:00pm on Friday until 12 noon the following Friday.
